Empowering our Youth

Asbury CDC employs up to 40 youth every summer, providing them with valuable skills in farming, culinary arts, land beautification, and volunteerism. Youth are placed either at the main campus on Davison Road or at the South Flint Soup Kitchen on Fenton Road both in Flint, Michigan. This year, we are introducing a pre-employment training program to teach essential soft skills for the workplace. We have had a higher number of youth sign up than expected and are in need of monetary donations to purchase tablets. We are seeking donations of up to $1,000 to acquire at least 5 additional tablets. Your contributions will help empower these young individuals.
